Acid Buildup Creates Pain
Long-term acid buildup is like rust, corroding our veins and arteries and interfering with all cellular activities. Most Americans are overly acidic. How about you?
How Many of These Symptoms Do You Have?
HeadachesFibromyalgia or Muscle Aches Chronic Fatigue Inflammation Arthritis or Gout Joint Pain Chemical Sensitivities or Sensitivity to Smells Depression, Pessimistic Outlook on Life Allergies or Respiratory Ailments Chronic Infections, Frequent Colds or Flu Memory Loss, Brain “Fog” Chronic medical conditions like high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes.
An over-acid body is an unhealthy, aging body. Every metabolic function creates acid waste. When your body is acidic, it holds on to toxins and creates an environment favorable for the growth of bacteria, fungus, viruses, and abnormal cell mutations.
Things that Cause Acid Buildup
Food. The foods you eat produce varying amounts of acid waste, which must be disposed of through sweat or urine. Some foods are highly acidic, some mildly acidic, and some are alkaline (meaning they contain minerals that help neutralize acid waste.)
Unfiltered tap water
saturates the body with acidic minerals such as chlorine, phosphorous, and sulfur.
Over-the-Counter and prescription medications, and vitamins.
Stress. Physical and mental stress reduce oxygenation and blood flow and increase muscle tension.Emotional turmoil. Strong emotions like anger, fear, hostility, anxiety produce adrenaline surges. Vigorous Exercise. Vigorous Exercise produces lactic acid, pyruvic acid, and CO2, which increase acid in the muscles. Air Travel. Frequent air travel exposes you to lower oxygen and higher CO2 levels. Heavy metals.
Acid Ages You
Long-term acidity is like rust, corroding our veins and arteries and interfering with all cellular activities. Acid waste that is not neutralized moves around the body via the blood and lymphatic system. Acid coagulates blood, causing your capillaries to clog up and die, your skin to lose elasticity and wrinkle, and every part of your body to work harder to stay healthy. Your acid-beleaguered body will try to protect you from acid waste by storing it as crystals in the joints and muscles, or in your fat cells as far away from vital organs as possible (namely your buttocks, chest, thighs and belly).
There are essentially three ways to reduce acid waste in your body.
