Top Three Ways to Reduce Acid Waste in Your Body
To be healthy and reduce pain, you must reduce acid waste in your body. Long-term build-up of acidity is like rust, corroding our veins and arteries and interfering with all cellular activities. Here are the top three ways to reduce acid waste in your body. 1. Manipulate Your Diet. Several excellent books are available to explain how to choose foods that are higher in pH (more alkaline) while avoiding foods that are more acidic. They recommend trying to keep to a balance of 80% alkaline foods compared to 20% acid. BUT, a lot of discipline is required to stick to this eating plan! Most people find it hard to stick to this type of eating plan. So from a practical standpoint, I usually recommend the other two options listed here, because they're easy to do and have lots of added benefits. 2. Use a Far Infrared Sauna regularly.
Far Infrared Sauna
is recognized as one of the most effective methods of removing chemical and heavy metal toxins from your body. This method doesn’t require use of drugs, and can be used on people with chronic pain syndromes, heart disease, chemical sensitivities, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, migraines, Alzheimer’s, cancer and any other disorder that may be related to acidity.
3. Change Your Water.
While there is no substitute for a healthy diet, a better solution to reducing acid waste, and keeping it from building back up, is through use of ionized water. Want me to prove that? OK, first, consider this: Water is the universal solvent. Even if you rely on diet changes to reduce acid wastes, you’ll still need water to wash those wastes out of the tissues. It is essential to clean your drinking water (and ideally also your shower water) so that you are not being saturated with acidic minerals. Better yet, get a filter that will microcluster the water molecules and give them a lower surface tension. This makes the water molecules smaller and more orderly, so that they will more easily saturate each cell of your body. Make your water wetter so it can do its job more efficiently! Even better, get a unit that will do all that and raise the pH of the water into a more alkaline range. Doing this will increase the amount of bicarbonate buffers available to the cells in the interstitial fluid. Your blood pH won’t change, which is good, but your body will be better able to neutralize acid wastes that is stored in the tissues. And the best option of all, get a unit that produces a high negative oxidation-reduction potential (ORP). ORP is a measure of anti-oxidant power and is measured in millivolts (mV). ORP measures the presence of free electrons. A high negative ORP provides a safe source of free electrons to block the oxidation of healthy tissue by free radicals, which are a major cause of aging and organ impairment.
What water unit does all that?
